At Pitman Creek Physical Therapy in Plano, Texas, our focus is on musculoskeletal and neuro-musculoskeletal problems. We provide general physical therapy and rehabilitative services, but specialize in treating patients who have pain and/or loss of function due to workplace or sports injuries, as well as problems of the:

Pitman Creek Physical Therapy provides a continuum of care beginning with injury prevention, ergonomic assessment and training, functional employment testing, rehabilitation of the injured worker, and functional capacity evaluation (FCE) to return injured employees safely and promptly back to work

Pitman Creek Physical Therapy, P.C. was founded in 1988 and is owned by Patti L. Schwartz, P.T., a resident of Plano since 1982.

Our Physical Therapists are highly skilled in manual physical therapy, treating joint and soft tissues, and providing skilled, individualized instruction and assistance in exercise and movement training.  Our staff has additional training in employment testing and certification in ergonomics.

We are current active members of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association, and we abide by the established Code of Ethics. We are a preferred provider for many managed health plans, a current list of which is available by calling our office. We are also members of the Plano Chamber of Commerce.
